"CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe couldn't be downloaded."

I have a brand new laptop and I'm getting this error when I try and download my first app ""CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe couldn't be downloaded." I'm running windows 8 and using IE 10.

Ideas?

Hi SailmanDouglas,

Are you on a managed network. If yes, then try connecting to some alternate network source and try installing again.

I tried Chrome and it says failed because of "network error"
