I have been a user of Adobe Products (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) for decades and I’ve been very satisfied until now. After installing High Sierra on my MacBook pro, I am unable to access Creative Suite (CS 5.5) products and I have called Adobe, look through your forums without getting any considerate direction on how to solve the problem. After the installation of High Sierra, I received an error message which stated" install Legacy Java SE 6 Runtime which was a nightmare to find. Afterwards, I tried installing CS6 and received the following error message " Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to the problem, however, Adobe Support Advisor is no longer available and the CS6 and lower are no longer supported by Adobe. When I asked about upgrading to Adobe Creative Cloud, I could not get the time of day from the representative who I was speaking with regarding the installation and compatibility with High Sierra. This is poor customer service and if I didn’t desperately need Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign for my profession—I would be through with your organization.
