This question seems unresolved. I'm having a nightmare with PS CC 2017 dropping the image, and would love to go back to to 2015. The link referred to does not have the option to go back. Is there another way? Please help, my livelihood, not to mention my sanity depend on photoshop working as it should.

    Hi,

I have an issue with regards to PS CC upgrading from 2015 to 2017. I updated my clouds this morning and 3 of my adobe programs were updated. However, the CC2017 is now as a trial 1 week usage. I'm a monthly subscriber and now i cant click and use the 2015 version.

Can i use the Photoshop again after my 1 week trial is up? They are asking me to purchase... please help...my subscription is auto charged to my credit card.

    Thank in advance.

Thanks for reply. I already have Creative Cloud installed but it contains no mention of PS CC 2015. Possibly this is because I had a new computer in the summer and my first PS install was 2017 and then 2017.5. So there is no reference to earlier versions on my PC. But I would have thought that Creative Cloud ought to make access to 2015 or earlier versions possible on their site.

Go to the link provided above and scroll down to the section called "Install Previous Version of apps"

As a Cloud member you can install most previous versions back to CS6.

I have gone to 'Install Previous Versions of apps' several times but, for Photoshop, it only lists Photoshop CC 2017. No mention of any previous versions.
