Setting up at home with my work ID

I have an account setup for me through my work. I was told you can use the creative at home away from work using the same id as long as you are not logged into more than one computer at once. I have tried this at home and on my desktop it seems to be working but I can't tell if it's just a free trial. When I login to my laptop it says I have a plan but won't show any products. Do i need the serial numbers for this to work at home? am I doing something wrong? please help. THanks

Ben

Ben for information on how to install and use the Adobe Creative applications included with your membership please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

If you are facing difficulty activating the applications then I would recommend reviewing Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html which discusses how to resolve connection errors.

Yes I have done what you recomended, the problem is that when I go to down load the application it says "Try" instead of "install" like I don't have a membership. What should I do.

Ben you will want to follow the steps in the second document offered in message #2.  Did you have a specific question regarding the steps listed?
