I hope anyone can help...

I alway's start my artwork on an Ipad and use an app called "vectornator" to create the artwork (sketch). When the drawing is finished I upload it to te adobe creative cloud and then use it in adobe illustrator. The app can save my work as a .ai file

However, since today, al the files I upload the the creative cloud appear for a few seconds in a new map i created. The are deleted a few seconds after the appeared.

I found out that they are not gone but that the files are archived. From the archive I can place them back. But i'ts much more work.

Anyone have a sollution for this problem?  How can I stop files being archieved?

Greetings,

Stef Ringoot

Vectornator is a free program that is not part of Creative Cloud. You might check their website to see if they offer support or if other users have a similar problem (or solution).

I know that Vectornator is not part of creative cloud and I also asked them for a solution.

However I think it was a problem with creative cloud because other files I placed in the cloud also disappeared. Or it was a problem on th iPad.

But the problem is solved. This mornings everything worked fine again. I logged off from the cloud yeasterday,
