Trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS5 extended and getting errors

Question

Hi,I had Adobe Photoshop CS5 extended installed on my previous computer; however, that computer has died and I have a new one I am trying to install it on.I have chatted with Adobe and they have given me a link from the internet where I can download and activated my serial number. I am now at the stage on using the CD to install it.
