Where's my authorization code and how do I actually get in touch with Adobe?

Right, so I purchased a pre-payment card from PCWorld for the student & teacher version of Lightroom 5. Tried to download Lightroom 5 only to find that it wouldn't work with Mac OS 10.6. So, I have upgraded my OS, but now I can't find anywhere on my account that I've redeemed the card and have had no communications from Adobe regarding my proof of being a student. Trying to contact Adobe is useless, as all I get is going round in circles. It seems impossible to actually contact anyone at Adobe!!

Kharga if you still need to redeem your redemption code then please see Serial number, Redemption, and Product codes | Student & Teacher Editions. 

If your code has already been utilized then it is likely the serial number is available under your account at http://www.adobe.com/.  You can find more details at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.
