Cannot connect to server through FTP - get User limt reached or not authorized to make connect

Not able to mkae connection due to local firewall blocking FTP data.

I cann connect with Filezilla but unable to use Dreamweaver now.

Frustrating since i need to make a few update to some sites

Have you created an exception for DW in the local firewall you mention?

How would I create an exception? I have disable the Norto Firewall but do not know how to create an exception in Dreamweaver?

This is not a Dreamweaver question. It's a question for your particular anti-virus / firewall -- whatever brand and version that may be.
