Changes in code not showing in live view on split screen with code on top and live view on bottom

I am now running Windows 11. Since upgrading to Windows 11 Dreamweaver often doesn't show the changes I have in the code in the live view. This is when I am running split screen with code on the top and live view on the bottom. This is happening OFTEN. It seems Dreamweaver is buggy in Windows 11. I am a website designer and this is super annoying because it slows me down. Even if I close and re-open the issue will persist.

Save document with Ctrl + S and Refresh screen with F5 to see changes.

Alternatively, toggle between LIVE & DESIGN with Ctrl + Shift + F11 or via the Document Toolbar (see screenshot).

Display issues can also signal a coding problem.

Ensure that you're working with valid, error-free code denoted by a ✓ green checkmark.

Go to Window > Results > Validation.  Check Document and fix reported errors.

Good luck.
