Different pages show same code

Intermittently, if I have several documents open in code view, if I flick between the open documents the code is the same on each one. For the correct code to be displayed I have to close each document and then reopen them at which point they will work ok for a while.

It actually looks like it is just Dreamweaver not refreshing when a different document selected because if I make a change to the code it is the original page containing that code that is updated. Having said that, it only seems to be documents of the same type that are affected, I could have 5 PHP documents that display the same code when I flick between them but any CSS or JS documents open display correctly when selected.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?

I am using 2017.0.1 build 9346 on MacOS Sierra

Once in a great while I notice this behavior. I assume it's a RAM memory issue. Closing DW usually fixes it.

If it does continue to happen, try deleting corrupted cache.

That makes sense, I don't seem to get the problem on my iMac which has considerably more RAM than my Macbook where I have seen the problem.

You've just given me another excuse to buy a new Macbook later this year.
