Disappearing Scroll bar in Live View

He guys,

I'm brand new to Dreamweaver and already have a very simple problem that I can seem to track down an answer to.

My Live view Navigation Scroll bar keeps disappearing and I'm not sure A) what's cause it to disappear and B) what setting will bring it back. This probably the simplest question I just figured its better to ask here. Please see the attached images.

    If the page fits the window, the scrollbar disappears. To illustrate, click the restore button in your second example (making Dreamweaver smaller) and you will see the scrollbar.

    I'm having the same issue. Making the screen smaller has not made the scroll bar come back. I can only see the very top of my page in live view or split screen. Not having the same issue in code view.

    Does the same thing happen in an actual browser when the browser window is scaled down to the same size as the Live View window is in DW?

    If so, it could be a code error, or an accidental css setting causing the scroll bar to disappear.


    I figured out what the problem was. A series of drastic newbie mistakes had all of my elements one on top of another, so there was nothing to scroll down too. A few edits to my .css and the scroll bar was back.
