Error on web site Contact form

The Contact form on my web site at http://www.tellerbooks.com/contact.htm worked fine for years, but now there appears to be an issue when it is used. Users are directed to a "File not found (404 error)" page at http://www.tellerbooks.com/webformmailer.php whenever they make a submission through the Contact page. Any ideas what the issue might be?

Did you recently switch away from GoDaddy hosting?

That would make the webformmailer.php file unavailable to your site. If you are still with GD, and someone mistakenly deleted that file, you will need to contact them to have them re-add it to your site. If the file was moved, it will need to go back to the site's root folder, on the same directory level as your home page.

Was your server updated to PHP 7?

    Did you change web hosts?

I am still with GD. My server was not updated to PHP 7; it is still at PHP 5.4. Is there somewhere on the Internet where I can retrieve webformmailer.php? It's not on my computer or on the remote server.

It means that http: / / www .tellerbooks.com/webformmailer.php (without the spaces) cannot be found as can be verified by what the browser says.

Have a look at the remote directory and see if you can locate it that way.
