Kind regards,

Hi,

I guess those options are available only when there is an agent ready to attend on you. Can you try a different browser, or try at a different time?

Thanks,

Preran

I have an old ID (an old email address) which comes up every time I try to use ADE on my Mac.  But it is not an active Adobe ID. The problem is that my computer thinks it is authorized to the old ID, but I can't download any books because it is an inactive ID. I keep getting the message E_ACT_NOT_READY. So I think I need to delete that Adobe ID. I have been on the phone and live chat for hours trying to delete this ID but they say it doesn't exist in the system. How can I delete an Adobe ID when Adobe doesn't even recognize it?

Totally agree! It is aimed at users that know what they are doing, thus stay clear if you don't belong to that category.
