Question

It is impossible to work in the program

There are always problems with the clipboard during the copy-paste operation. You copy one, and another is inserted. And sometimes even in an incomprehensible place. And sometimes visually inserts it where it is needed, but in fact - at the beginning of the page. Visually you look at the code, everything is correct, but it does not work. You exit the program, open it again - and you get fooled by what is presented there.

Have you tried Restoring Preferences yet?

That fixes a lot of strange behavior in DW from installation issues.

I can't reproduce it here on any files... PHP, JS, SCSS, and of course HTML

can you try placing the cursor on the DIV line (anywhere in the line, and be sure to not selecting any char , nor space... just a blinking cursor)

then hit the Ctrl D shortcut... does the line duplicate itself, or is there is any not wanted char in it ?

This does not happen consistently and necessarily. Just after a certain amount of time, the program suddenly starts to fail. And what worked well during the previous hours suddenly starts to fail.

This happens on various files (php, js,css), where the charset is not even declared.

Can you try logging in as another user on the computer and see if DW performs in the same manner with copy/paste?  Even a guest account would work for this test.
