Message When a Part of a Graphic is Clicked

I have a map of the state of Oklahoma. 10 of the counties are a different color. When a viewer clicks on one of those differently-colored counties, I want a message block to pop up that tells some details about that county. I thought that it was a "Disjointed Rollover" and when I followed the directions, it only allowed me to swap out images. Is this the right thing and I need to make each "details block" a graphic? If not - how can I get this to work?

Thanks!

Brad

These 'hotspots' are image maps, see How to include interactive hotspots in your web site. On the link that is used for the 'hotspot', you can use a tooltip or popover to show more detail

Or you can add a title="something here..." attribute to the hotspot.  It's nothing fancy but it works.
