Outlook background image fix not working

Does anyone know a code fix to get my header image working? Right now it's set as a background image which I know is a no no. I've tried bulletproof background and I can't figure where to put the code. THis is what they gave me. Isn't there an easier way? There isn't any reason to have it set as a background since nothing is being placed over it.

it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome. Thank you. Dang your good. Now only two more fixes left tonight Going to take a small break first.

That button on about five versions of outlook is loosing it's fill and padding.

I also am having issues with the other email. Think I sent you a message (the one that had the copy dropping down which was fixed)

The copy is fixed but image isn't full width in the table (outlook) and I have a funky bottom grey bar. I tried messing with the height but to no avail.

After these two projects are completed I'm saving all the good templates so i don't have to start with a mess again to clean up.
