Private Messages not working!

In the past couple of days, a few people have tried to use the forum's Private Message system to reach me.  It's not working correctly.  In fact my entire Inbox is behaving strangely.  If you need help, please post in the public forums because I am unable to reply to any Private Messages.

    Hi Nancy,

    Thank you for raising this topic. I have been having issues with Private Messages too, and after I checked, I was told that Jive is having issues with some nodes leading to slow downloads and inconsistent behavior of some features. I request you to raise this topic on the Moderators forum for Madison to provide you with the current status. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Judging from the frequent and drawn out off topic discussions in this forum one would think the Private Messages NEVER worked!
