Unable to upload changes to SFTP

My hosting site has made changes in my Manage Site from FTP to SFTP. I can assess my files, but when I try to upload my edited files, they don't upload.

Any thoughts about what I've got here in Manage Site? Should I make any edits or changes that might help me upload new files?

Thanks.

What is the root directory and port number that your hosting provider told you to use?  It varies by hosting plan.

My hosting company isn't back at work until Tuesday and so I couldn't ask them about what to put in the Root Directory field, but for the heck of it, I went ahead and put public_html/ into Root Directory field and voila. It worked! Thank you!

I would look for another host.  24/7 tech support is mandatory.
