Absolutely abysmal treatment by support.

I have no idea where to turn anymore. I'm feeling so defeated by dealing with support. They have absolutely drained my entire day by passing me around and apparently commiting fraud.

So so fed up. Can't even talk to a person of authority to fix my situation.

Adobe, I absolutely can't stand having to do business with you.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Without me asking or knowing about it, they put all our accounts on the Pro tier, upping our billing significantly. It took me 11 reps and a manager to finally sort it out. The reps have no power to deal with a situation like this, so all they did was to hand me off to the next one. It really felt like they were trying to wear me down to the point that I'll just give up and eat the surcharge. Not to mention no rep actually could write coherent proper English... in a business setting! I don't blame those poor workers though, they probably get paid $0.50/hr in India. But this is no excuse at this level of business.
