Access disabled "for security reasons"

New Here ,
Jul 03, 2020 Jul 03, 2020

Hello,

I have an enterprise account. Today I was trying to log-in on a laptop that was not authorized yet; I couldn't remember the password, so I tried a few times (like...5?) but without success; so I did a password reset.
(yes, I saved it on my password manager now).

Everything seemed to be fine (I'm able to loign Adobe Cloud on the browser), but I'm no longer able to use any Adobe software: I get a pop up telling me "For security reasons, your access is temporarily disabled. For more details, contact Adobe Customer Center" (screenshot in Italian attatched below).

Since it's an Enterprise account, I'm not even allowed to contact the Customer Center: Adobe asks me to contact my company Administrator who is designed to be in touch with Adobe. Now, I have to use Adobe Suite for work right away, I can't wait my company to get in touch with Adobe (it could take forever): have you any idea about this?

I found another thread with the same issue, but it didn't help. Should I just wait an hour or two because of many wrong password attempts? Any idea?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion!

Hello Giuseppe,

It seems that you have an enterprise ID which is created by the admins. I would recommend contacting your internal IT and request them to send a password reset email for your account which might fix your issue. Your enterprise account seems fine to us with no restriction.
