Access for schools with device licenses

New Here ,
Mar 31, 2020 Mar 31, 2020

Our small private school has purchased device licensing for a certain number of machines. Can our students access the free CC (during the 2 months) on their home computers to complete course work in Graphic Design? They don't have individual Adobe IDs. Does anyone else have this issue? We haven't initiated the request until we figure out all of the possible issues we may face. We don't want the high schoolers being asked for credit card info or anything. Please advise.

Hi there,

"To be eligible for this access, your school or college must be a current customer with an active Device, Shared Device License, or Serial Number plan."

Yes, you can go ahead and initiate the request here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/covid-19-education-labs.html, this help document also covers everything you need to know about this offer and the process to enable your students.

Hope this answers your query.
