Access to Adobe Admin

Thank you for posting your query here.

As I understand your Team Contract Owner ( Primary Administrator) has left the Organization and you need access to Manage the licenses, please contact Adobe Support Team so that they can process the Primary Admin change request by accepting an email from yourself with a Cc: marked to the Old Primary Admin email address ( even if her email address is not in use).
