Access to content from "old" enterprise account
I work at a school and so have access to Adobe through an Enterprise account. These seem to be renewed yearly, and recently we had our first renewal. I have the same user name and email and password...but it doesn't seem to be the same account. All items saved in the cloud (mostly from Fresco) are gone. Most of my other projects are saved to specific devices, so not huge issues, but I would like to have access to my old Fresco files again. I can't sign into my "old" account because, as stated, the "new" account has the same username and email. Is there any way to get my "old" content back?
