When signing up I accidentally opted for a staff account instead of the standard student account and now I can't access any of the apps as they're not assigned to me. The Adobe admin in my institution is currently away for the summer and it seems there's no one else that can figure out how to change this. Is there a way to delete my data and start again, or change my account to a student one on my end?
