Can someone help me, I can't seem to reach Adobe contact us and my account plan has disappeared although, I'm still being charged and I have no access to my apps. I am also unable to uninstall or cancel my plan since I apparently have no plan, despite being charged a week ago. I am outraged and extremely upset as I can't contact anyone or figure out how to get access to my apps. Would grealty appreciate a link, an email or any sort of advice.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long

Kris, please contact your educational institution's Creative Cloud administrator for assistance. The e-mail address you are using is managed by them and they will need to add the address to their plan.
