I want to know , no any product in overview , but in account page so the 

Anniversary date : May 15, 2024 (162 days left)

what does this meaning?

it looks like you have a vip subscription.  is that completely unexpected?

I would suggest to check this with support: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support. Use the chat icon to contact support.

(For chat to work out, you need to accept cookies and pop-up screens from Adobe. If it doesn't work, change the browser and/or the computer).

Normally if you do not have a plan, you have no access to the adminconsole. I do not know, where your first screen is from.
