We are a small business in Portugal trying to contact the support of Adobe, at least, 2/3 days without sucess.

If you have teams licenses and have access to the Adobe Admin console, you can open a support case or an expert session with us depending upon what is needed.
To open a Support case / Expert session, Please login to your Adobe admin console , Navigate to Support tab and then choose the option to raise a case with us.

It's important to know the license type, because the way to get support is different.
For a team license, you need to start a support case using the Admin console.

We are a company from portugal and we need to pay monthly so our reseler
from Spain can't do that as they told us. so we have 2 accounts, one with
this profile created by adobe and the other with our information and
history purchases, how can we join the both?
