Acrobat 2017 Adobe Provisioning Toolkit Enterprise Edition

Hello,

I'm attempting to install Adobe Acrobat 2017 in a citrix 6.5 farm that publishes apps only. I ran the APTEE and received an error code 14. I used LEID V7 AcrobatESR-12-Win-GM and tried the -17 one also.

You can check LEID from here: Identifying Existing Installs — Enterprise Administration Guide

And here you can check the error codes: 4   Troubleshooting — Customization Wizard for Mac  Did you ran the tool with admin rights?

For my retail copy (purchased from Amazon) of Acrobat 2017, my leid is: V7{}AcrobatESR-17-Win-GM

The above method works for enterprise users only.

No LEID in common for the serial number and driver leid combination
