Acrobat Professional DC & Adobe Creative Cloud

Sehr geehrter Supporter!

Bei der Installation des „Acrobat Pro DC“ habe ich bemerkt, dass die „Adobe Creative Cloud“ auch mit geliefert ist:

Fragen:

  1. 1. Müssen wir unbedingt Adobe Creative Cloud mit verteilen?

Hat diese Komponent eine bestimmte Funktion bei der Verwendung von Acrobat Pro?

Kann  man einen Package nur „Adobe Acrobat Pro DC“ ohne „Adobe Creative Cloud“ herunterladen? Oder gibt es die Möglichkeit bei der Verteilung die Adobe Cloud mit Commandline/switch abzuschalten?

Wir haben bei der andere Adobe Produkte „Adobe Creative Cloud“ auch mitgeliefert. Kann es der Falls sein, dass zwischen unterschiedlichen Creative Cloud Versionen einen Konflikt besteht?

  1. 2. In „Verzeichnis „…\Setup\APRO15.0\Adobe Acrobat“ sind die Updaten von
    1. a.    Acrobat X (AcrobatUpd10116.msp ~ 108 MB)) und
    2. b.    Acrobat XI (AcrobatUpd11012.msp ~ 236 MB) vorhanden.

Brauchen wir die beiden mit zu installieren? Kann ich sie von package löschen?

    Die Seriennummer für ganze Abteilung haben wir. Trotzdem kann ich das  "Adobe Creative Cloud" im Package leider nicht  beseitigen. Die haken ist immer aktiv!

    "Adobe Customization Wizard" (CustWiz1502020039_en_US_DC.exe) wurde verwendet, kann aber den MSI-File nicht modifizieren.:

    mit AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe ist die "Adobe Creative Cloud"  beseitigt. Aber ist immer Anklicken verlangt. Also über SCCM kann ich nicht verteilen.

    Gibt es die Möglichkeit dass ich "Adobe Creative Cloud" mit Befehlszeile silent installieren / Deinstallieren ?

    Response:  OK,  I see that you are attempting to edit the CC MSI file.  That is not the correct workflow.  Here is the correct workflow

    Steps:

    1.  Download Acrobat DC Continuous

    2. Expand the installer to it's folder

    3. Launch the Adobe Customization Wizard DC

    4. Click the Browse button and navigate to the Acrobat MSI file

    5. Open the Acrobat MSI file

    6. In the Personalization panel you will see the Serial Number field and just below it a check box with the option to use a CC serial number in a standalone mode.

    7.  Now you can customize the installation of Acrobat DC to your organizations needs and deploy it with the same methods you could with a normal Acrobat standalone installation.

    With AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe the "Adobe Creative Cloud" has been fixed. But is always clicking requested. So I can not spread over SCCM.

    Is there the possibility that I install "Adobe Creative Cloud" with command line silent / uninstall?

    Response:  No, unfortunately there isn't a non-UI method of doing an uninstall for CC that I am aware.
