Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP AOO License MEA

our organization bought 6 licenses Acrobat Professional DC2015 12.0 MLP
AOO License MEA (65258644) in 2016 but now we need to usethem, is there is a way to know if they are already used or how to install the licenses and use it on different PCs? and what happens if we isnatll them and use them and then discovered that they were already used? as we can't get any help from the online agent because it's out of service
