Activation fails 30 days after silent install.

I've installed Acrobat Pro XI on 30 workstations silently using the recommended enterprise deployment method. All settings were applied through a transform made in Customization Wizard.

Ive gotten a few calls this week from staff saying Acrobat Pro XI doesnt launch anymore, it seems to try, the splash screen comes up and some process grabs focus every few seconds so the user has to logout of the machine and back in to get back to a useable state.

The workstations I installed on interactively haven't shown these symptoms..

If I look at the AMT3.log file I see these same lines reoccurring for each launch attempt..

2013-03-06 09:13:00 [2856]  SLCoreService: Query license: type = 0, duration = 0 days, remaining = expired.

If I understand this right it sounds like the unattended installs never activated themselves..

Is there a way I can activate them now being that I cant even open the application?

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

Matt,

Here's a possible solution: Assuming the apps weren't activated and therefore installed in trial mode (that's what happens by default), you should be able to use the APTEE method described in the admin guide for migrating installs from trial to activated mode.
