Adding Adobe pro DC Licenses

For some reason, I can't add more licenses in Adobe as described here . The interface I see is a bit different and can't locate the Buy more cart as shown below in the Admin Console. Kindly advise.

Did you purchase the team subscription from Adobe or a reseller? If purchased through a reseller then it seems you may order additional licenses only within 30 days of your billing date. See the following article. If you are not sure or need more information, then I request you to contact support via the Admin Console.
