For over a week now we have been asking Adobe for help with our console related issue- we are unable to assign any licenses, users that had licenses were suddenly notified that their account was no longer active, and nobody can work!!!!! I have called numerous times and always Adobe says the engineering team is working on it. For a week????? Our hands are tied here. Does anyone have a direct number to the engineering team? please help us!!!!

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
if that's what you've been doing, ask them why it's taking so long and what can be done to give you access to a working console.
