Admin Console - Users - Advanced options are no longer available

Advanced options for managing users are not available. I need to manage a large number using .csv files ( All of them are Adobe ID) and I can't do it anymore:

Can you please check if the advanced options are still unavailable?

Yesterday, we did face some deterioration of services and this may have been due to that. All services are now running normally.

Hi Vikrant, yes, the advanced options are still unavailable, right now (near 7:00 PM UTC). Is the same in Chrome and Firefox:

What administrator role have you been assigned on your organization's Admin Console? You can go to the Administrators section on the left hand pane and you should have the administrator role name assigned to you, next to your email address eg. System Administrator, Product Administrator, User Group Administrator etc.
