Hello,

assuming the fact that Adobe support thru chat and tickets is totally useless I have decided to find the problem by myself today.

So I have opened the browser dev console to see what call is causing error in admin Console.

We are sorry.

Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later. And I have seen a banch of CORS errors after calls to *.adobe.io as you see below. ANTONIO22053618qq8h_0-1728458740953.png

Being enought smart and being web programmer I thought that Adobe cant be that, you know what, to setup CORS improperly for their Admin Console so I decided to check more carefully these 2 domains by curling them from cmd

https://bps-il.adobe.io/

https://p13n.adobe.io/

And this is the result, no access at all.

So I tried to use Proxy/VPN to access my admin console simulating having another IP/network and guess what....????

No more errors in browsers console and I finally get to Adobe Admin Console

So the problem is network/ISP/IP relative and I think lots of persons got my same problem,

My ISP is TIM Italy SPA, AS3269, I can provide IP address on request.

Just solve this problem please and not let users solve your problems, Adobe.

Feel free to get me work for you and prevent happening such things in future.

Accepting contributions for problem solving!

Regards,
