Getting an error with Adobe Creative Cloud stating that it Cannot Verify Subscription Status.

Also we get this error with Acrobat.
We signed out of Creative Cloud, restarted, signed back in. Still have the Cannot Verify Subscription Status...
After the error with Adobe Acrobat I uninstalled the program and am going to reinstall it to see if that clears up the issue.

... restarted the Credentials service, set to Automatic.
Deleting the Web Credentials - there were a bunch.
Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat DC.
