Hi,

is adobe going to get rid of serial numbers for adobe acrobat dc and push everyone to switch over to NUL?

if that's the case how much longer the serial numbers are going to be supported before adobe pulls the plug?

thanks

I would recommend checking with your Account Manager/Reseller to get more details. We have other licensing models as well like the shared device license for the lab environment apart from NUL and the Account Manager would be able to suggest the type of licensing you can opt as per your requirements/environment. You can still use the serial number licenses if you have an active contract/serial number.

Hi
Account manager is pushing for NUL , but we don’t see any necessity if the seral number is not going away and that is what I am trying to make sure.
I asked the same question from our account manager but still not received a clear answer.
Thanks
