adobe acrobat pro Japanese font not embedding

dear Team,

This is Yogesh from India. Here I am going to ask Adobe acrobat pro support.

Last 2 year I am using Adobe acrobat pro software ( with license). in that I am facing an issue for Japanese Font not supported.

when I am open the document with Japanese letter, its showing  only Junk characters (like %&H$#@).

kindly give me the solution how to resolve this issue.
