Adobe Acrobat Sign for Enterprise - Stuck in Trial Account Creation

Got a trial link to the enterprise license, and I am trying to redeem it with an account. I am stuck in this page, and the create account button just keeps spinning.

I was able to redeem it initially with another account.  (emails below are an example..):
1. Main account had an email abc@test.com
2. Trial requires another user account, so with the advice from the support person, I changed it to def@test.com.
3. I've been trying to sign up with def@test.com 
4. stuck in the initial account creation page.

Upon checking on the backend, I can confirm that the Adobe ID shown in the attached screenshot has been successfully created and currently has a license assigned via the Admin Console.

Please try logging in at https://adobe.ly/42mWyWH using an incognito/private browser window. When prompted to choose a profile, select Personal ID to proceed.

If you encounter any errors while logging in, you can try removing the Adobe ID from the Admin Console. After removal, re-add the user and reassign the license. You can refer to the following documentation for detailed steps:
