We added one more employee and wanted to add Adobe Acrobat DC Pro capability to his desktop. We were subscribed to the annual $599 all program program. It only allows 2 users, we now needed 3 users.
I looked at the website and it recommended the 4 users plan for Acrobat only at $14.95/month. I canceled the bigger plan and subscribed to $14.95/mo plan. Suddenly only one user worked. I opened a chat session, and some really non-listening, upsell crazed people came on telling me to buy the $910 multi user plan. I had decided already I'm not using the other APP's so why buy them. I just needed one more user for Acrobat. The online "help" told me to join teams so all would be under one user. I went ahead (an hour of my time) to sign up for 3 users. Immediately first thing is the Teams wanted me to register each person individually. So what's the benefit of the Team then? It's truly not under the primary email after all. The problem is Adobe builds great software but it's Administration of the product is sloppy, seems to vary to each user, and falsely advertises 4 users on it's online website. It puts a bitter taste in my mouth to know that Adobe is like car salesmen, refusing to explain why the website is false, and trying to push me into a higher plan instead of just doing what I asked. They asked what I want more than 3 times to get frustrated enough to buy a higher plan. Your help desk sucks, and your website lies, shame that's your legacy instead of the fine programs you wrote. I also want to say again, an hour of my time to add one more user, shame!

Since your question appears to be about the benefit of Teams, I have moved your post to the Enterprise and Teams forum.

I think there may be a misunderstanding (perhaps mine of course). All Adobe's plans are for one PERSON per account. It is absolutely not allowed to use a standard plan or license from a team plan for two different people, even by paying for more plans on the same account. It can be installed on two different computers, but only for use by the same one person; sharing the Adobe ID or password, or logging it in for someone else to use, is forbidden. So it may be that Adobe have understood this and gently steered you - with no fuss - to a permitted use of the software.

Under the $599 plan for everything we were allowed two simultaneous logins. We wanted to add one more as there are typically three employees simulaneously using Adobe Acrobat. We rarely use the other programs of Adobe. The website offered a $14.95/mo plan which clearly states "4 users". So we canceled the $599 plan and went to the $14.95 plan. All of a sudden two people couldn't log in. My point the website lies, it's 1 user, not 4 (and all I needed was one more). The text was not "gently steered", it was high pressure aggressive attempts to get us to pay $910 for the full programs plan, and refusing to admit that the website was lying with 4 users. Ultimate we're now paying $50/month for three users which will come out to more than the $599 all programs plan just to add one more user. You may see Adobe as a friendly company, I see it as pure greed with plans that don't jive charging more for one program yearly than all programs for two users.

Can you post a link to that? I can find Acrobat offered, but nothing about getting 4 users for the price. We learn how Adobe are working, then they change it, so it would be nice to be able to see what you're seeing, to give you the best advice.
