Adobe Captivate 9 (9.0.2) - lack of info; outdated articles; missing downloads

Has adobe abandoned support of Adobe Captivate 9?

We've been trying for some weeks to get help with a few things.

Creative Cloud Packager (CCP) latest version does not show Adobe Captivate as available for packaging.

We have a significant number of users waiting anxiously for us to deploy.

We hear crickets.

Do we need to escalate?

Thanks, on chat with Vaibhav now, to sort this out...hoping if it is a volume license key that we can get the workaround/fix.

I can kiss Vaibhav for all his/her help, had to fix broken /etc/hosts file, then BAM works.
