Hi all,

We deployed Adobe CC 2019 through our admin console in a full Windows 7 Pro environment.

However, we started to encounter issue of “Adobe IPC Broker has stopped working“ error everytime we trigger an adobe product. After which the whole application will hang and the error message will keep popping up untill we reboot.

the current interim solution is to grant user temporary local admin right and it will be fine but it is not in conjunction with my company IT policies. After users reboot, the GPO will kick in and turn them into standard users again and problems comes back again.

We have tried contacting adobe support but proof to be fruitless. They suggest to grant full access to all adobe folder but it is a futile attempts.

we have like 200 users and this cannot goes on. Can someone with similar experience point out some light for me. Desperate support. Thanks
