Adobe CC Products are all asking for serial, but will not accept our serial number

We have tried the following:

  • Signed out of CC and back in again
  • Tried entering serial multiple times but will not accept
  • Updating Adobe CC to latest version and updating all products

If we open a product say Photoshop it will first ask us to sign in then will display that this is a trial version we select "License this software" but will not accept the license.

This is site wide issue

Hi Michael,

There are no serial numbers associated with the Adobe CC membership.

In case you still get the pop up for serial number, please refer to the help document below:

Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number

You may also try to check your host file for any Adobe blocked entries.

WIN:  Windows 7 - Edit the Hosts File

MAC: How to Edit the Hosts File on Mac OS X • TekRevue

In case there are any entries, please delete them and then save the file.

Regards,

Sheena

Hi Sheena

Referring to the below that you suggested I've looked at the "Verify your payment information" and it says we have

  • "Creative Cloud Free Membership" under Plans (but we have a site license)
  • We have no products under "View your products"
  • Order History we have nothing listed

Why has our account been wiped?

We really need this sorted, we have students with deadlines and they are unable to complete

Michael it seems that you have an enterprise license.

Yes we have a Enterprise license but as of Thursday last week If any user tries to open a CC product they are confronted with

We then get

We shouldn't be getting this
