Adobe CCP - New Adobe CC App Deployment Packager Failing To Install - Just Stopping?

Hello,
My name is Chris, and 'm working at a school that currently has a Device License contract for Adobe Creative Cloud for the Art classes & Business Development sections. I'm trying to create new Adobe Creative Cloud installers for the new fleet of Mac equipment.
I go through the steps of using Adobe CCP, making sure that I pick "Device License" and pick our "Creative Cloud All Apps" Device Pool.
We previously had trouble with this, and Adobe support that I worked with before told me that with Device-based licensing, that we should not install the desktop app as that will prompt for user account info. So we stopped doing that.
Anyways, did a test run with the first installer that has the following:

The installer then goes through it's process, then it just fails while going through the scripts.
I did a quick search for ERROR or FATAL in the ACC & PDApp logs, but no FATAL codes show up, but an ERROR with no code showed up saying that an uninstaller couldn't be made. (That error shows up somewhere around 22:45:36:622 in the ACC log.)
After it failed the first time, I went through and used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner and tried again, and same result.
The logs below are from the 2nd attempt after I did a pass with the Adobe CC Cleaner.
I even tried a 3rd time after creating a deployment package with the Desktop App included in the installer in hopes of generating an error code that would get me a bit further in finding out what the problem was, but it appears to have stopped in the same spot with a similar log generated.
If it matters, the firewall on the MacBook I was testing on was turned off, and was running 10.10.5 / Yosemite
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
