Adobe CEF Helper is reading my drive and using CPU, 24-7. I hate it.

The noise in my office of a harddrive churning even when my PC is 100% idle? Oh, that's CEF Helper.

 

What's it doing? IDK, maybe like scanning my drive over and over.

 

Super frustrated.
