Adobe Cloud storage disappeared after Adobe Creative Cloud storage update

Hello. After the update of the Adobe Creative Cloud storage, everyone who has an Creative Cloud account, has lost every folder and file in his online storage. When I check on the Adminconsole I still can see that those users have their storage, but when they check it online, everything is empty. We had more than 100GB online storage and now it is all gone.

Can you help us as quickly as possible please?

@Niels5EB6 With the new updates, I can confirm that the cloud assets are also migrated under the new profile. Please check if the users are getting any option to select the Business Profile while signing in to the account.

If yes, they have to select their Org name to access the assets.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

Hello

I only have start chat and start session.

If I choose start chat I receive this message:

If I choose start expert session, I can choose subject and morning or noon, but afterwards no dates left in January and no choice for another month.

I can get you our VIP number if you want, but can u check then if there's a problem with our Cloud storage please?
