Hello Adobe Forums,
I am one of the administrators of Adobe products licenses in our Organization and also the team I am part off. We have several staff members at our Organization who are suddenly unable to sync files between different computers through the cloud. Also, other users are having problems downloading and installing the apps packages. I've checked the licenses but all seems to be in order so I am not sure if this is some issue related to ports being blocked by our firewall. Could you please confirm the ports or port ranges that need to be opened up should this be the problem?
