Hey,

I am unable to open a support case, unable to speak to someone about this.

I have a user who receives a 403 error generated by Adobe servers when signing into her account and trying to access Adobe Forums.

This is reproducible 100% of the time from numerous machines and isn't related to firewall \ ad block - this is a 403 error generated by Adobe.

I have tried to remove user and re-create the user but it still occurs, suspect it may be her personal account which has a number of purchased images on which I can't delete \ re-create.

Any help would be appreciated.
