Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Products over Cisco WSA

Dear community,

I would like to ask you for help with setting up Adobe Creative Cloud for our company WSA.
We've done everything that we could on WSA side, and Adobe CC is still not working like it should.

The problem we face is, that either CC isn't working at all over WSA, or it is working for the first minute after you launch CC And then stops working - saying that you need to connect to the internet... The only solution is to restart whole device, but then CC is working again only for one minute.

I've read I think all guides from Adobe of how to configure Adobe / CC for WSA. We've added all URLs that we could find on Adobe site (list in attachment), as well as these regular expressions:
\.adobe.com
\.adobe.io
\.amazonaws.com

We tried it with ID Profile that requires authentication, also with iD profile with anonymous access, without authentication.. Decryption policy and access policy set to PASS-THROUGH, allowed all applications, all categories... Nothing of it worked and Adobe CC stops working after minute.

Can anybody PLEASE help us how to make Adobe CC work on our company proxy? We also have Cisco ASA in the company at each site, as well as dedicated proxy (worldwide company with many sites over the world). If going over proxy isn't an option, can anybody suggest us how to configure CC to work over firewall? We would welcome some list of needed IP/ subnets / ports that need to be allowed..

THANK YOU ALL in advance.

You can check this document for supported proxy: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/kb/proxy-authentication-support-creative-cloud.html

This link has all the Adobe network endpoints: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

I would recommend contacting the support team by raising a support ticket from the admin console and share the Adobe logs so that the engineers could check which endpoint or settings are restricted that is causing the issue.
