Hello.

I work as technical support in my company and the company decided to bloack Google Chrome and only use Microsoft Edge. So if we try to open or use google chrome with our accunts it will et blocked by conditional policy.

And we have a user that tried to open Adobe Creative Cloud app on her machine and she's getting blocked by conditionall policy, saying that the application is trying to use google chrome to open it, instead of Microsoft Edge.

I've already check and Microsoft Edge is the default broser for the mchine and Google Chrome is not even installed on the user machine, but for some reason the application keeps trying to open with Google Chrome. I've rebooted the machinebut the issue persists.

Is there a way to change the default browser for Adobe Creative Cloud in registry editor so that instead of opening with Chrome, it only opens and functions with Edge? Because the user will be blocked every time when she tries to authenticate with her crendtials in the application.

Your operating system and application frameworks must support TLS 1.2. Adobe has deprecated support for lower versions of TLS (including TLS 1.0 and 1.1)
